Ming-Yi Chou, Ph.D.
Ming-Yi Chou is an Assistant Extension Specialist and Professor of Turfgrass Pathology at Rutgers University. His extension program focuses on evaluating and developing efficient turfgrass disease management strategies, including integrated disease control programs, predictive models, and rapid disease risk assessment assays. He directs one of the largest turfgrass disease control product evaluation programs of its kind in the U.S. His research centers on plant–soil–disease interactions in turfgrass.

Dr. Matt Fleetwood
Dr. Matt Fleetwood is Lead Biologist and East Coast Technical Services Manager at The Aquatrols Company, where he oversees research, development, and evaluation of adjuvants, soil surfactants, and supplemental turf maintenance products. He manages experimental trials and new product development, working closely with internal teams to bring innovative solutions to the turf market.
Dr. Fleetwood holds a Ph.D. in Plant, Insect, and Microbial Sciences from the University of Missouri–Columbia, with research focused on the performance of soil surfactants in USGA greens and native soils. He is passionate about equipping turf professionals with practical tools and science‑based solutions to create high‑quality playing surfaces.
